ECO Green Auto Parts ask that you read through this before purchasing from us. We try to help you, our customer as best we can and give a full understanding of what is being purchased and the policies we have.

 

Below are our REFUND and WARRANTY policies, please read carefully.

 

LIMITED MECHANICALS PARTS WARRANTY:

ECO Green Auto Parts reserves the right to replace or repair any part before refund is made. 101 days warranty on all IN-STOCK parts. Warranty is void without the original invoice. The Limited Warranties contained in this Agreement are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. ECO Green Auto Parts will not be liable for any consequential damages including any lost profits. Authorized repair or replacement of original unit does not extend warranty period. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of the Seller. The mechanical parts warranty begins on the date the part was purchased from ECO Green Auto Parts as indicated on ECO Green Auto Parts’ invoice and ends (101) one hundred one days or any extended warranty period later. Any part sold which has heat tabs and is returned as “run hot” will not be warranted and any limited warranty as provided hereunder will be void. All of ECO Green Auto Parts identifying marks shall remain on any part returned by the customer. Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion. We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased. This warranty does not cover towing, car rental, meals, fluids, lost wages, lodging, labor, miscellaneous expenses or lost income from loss of vehicle use. Shipping credits and return costs are at our discretion. We do not cover shipping on items that have been wrongfully purchased.

Breakdown due to or caused by the failure of non-covered components, improper installation, defective workmanship, or usage for which the part was not intended and/or failure of the product if not properly maintained using the correct types and levels of fluids and lubricants as outlined in the owner’s manual of the vehicle.

 

All Warranties are Null and Void if:

  • The vehicle is used for racing or other forms of competition or off-road recreational purposes.

  • Failure is caused by abuse, misuse or modifications.

  • Failure is caused by towing a trailer or other vehicle unless the vehicle is equipped for this purpose as recommended by the manufacturer.

  • The vehicle has been modified to plow snow, whether the snowplow is attached to the vehicle or not.

  • The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.

  • Product is installed and operated outside of the United States.

  • The part is not installed by a certified mechanic.

This part may have accessories that are attached, and must be switched or removed to accommodate proper installation, which is solely at the responsibility of the installer. All “Accessory and Extra Parts” that have been included with the product are attached to aid in the convenience of installation and are not covered by this warranty. No warranty is implied or applies to carburetors, cores, water pumps, valve cover gaskets, plugs, wires, exhaust manifolds, vehicles and/or part so noted on the front of this invoice.

The purchaser hereby understands that due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided. If the merchandise is defective, liability shall be limited to the replacement of parts being provided or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the goods sold or provided at the Seller’s option.

 

SIX (6) MONTH AND ONE (1) YEAR FREE PART REPLACEMENT EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ALL IN-STOCK PARTS EXTENDED WARRANTY:

The Six-month Part Replacement Extended Warranty or the One-Year Part Replacement Extended Warranty is available for purchase on engines, transmissions, transaxles, transfer cases & axle assemblies front and rears. This warranty will protect your investment for 6 month or 1 year from the date of sale stated on the invoice. This warranty does not include labor cost. This warranty is non-transferable.

This warranty is void if part is improperly installed, dismantled, overheated, or used in a commercial application. Warranty is limited to internal parts only; gaskets, seals, timing components or external parts are not covered. All claims must be authorized by ECO Green Auto Parts prior to any repair. Any defective parts must be made available to ECO Green Auto Parts for inspection prior to any claim being paid or replaced.

Our extended warranties are a one-time part warranty. Should the part fail and you choose to have an extended warranty on the replacement part, another extended warranty must be purchased. Retain your receipt for the duration of the warranty. Any questions, please contact our Sales Department at 407-568-8444.

 

ENGINES:

Engine warranties are limited to defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, oil pumps, rod knock and excessive smoking for a period of 101 days from the date of purchase. Special exceptions apply for engine sales. Engines are normally sold complete for our customer’s convenience. All other parts that may be provided are “Accessories and Extra Parts.” However, the following are not warranted due to breakage or defects: crank  sensors, cam sensors, switches, water pumps, electronics modules, coil packs, intake manifold, hoses, throttle bodies, fuel rails, fuel  injectors, EGR valves or other emissions system parts, fuel pumps, any and all gaskets, carburator, plugs, wires, valve covers, air mass sensor, fuel distributor, flywheel, intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds. These items are not warranted when sold on an engine and often need to be switched from the original engine. Timing belts, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs, fluids and seals are routine maintenance items and should be replaced at the time of installation and at the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended service intervals.

Due to the complexity of today’s automobiles, there may be certain changes needed when installing an engine. ECO Green Auto Parts accepts no responsibility for the miles are not certified on any used parts. Warranty is void if engine is run hot or heat tabs melted; therefore, claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of the engine or its components are not covered by this warranty. Engines will not be warranted if seals are not replaced at time of installation. This Warranty will be void if radiator is not cooling properly and thermostat is not replaced. This Warranty is also void if new oil and filter are not used in the installation and if the oil is not changed every 4000 miles with proof by licensed technician.

TRANSMISSIONS:

Transmissions are guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase. Shearing or breaking of teeth in standard transmissions is not warranted under any circumstances. Customers must replace all seals and fluids. Transmissions must have new seals. Warranty does not cover any seals. Transmissions that are taken apart by customer or representative will have no warranty and no return.

This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, accidental breakage externally or internal gear breakage, lack of lubrication, excessive heat, incorrect fluid, or use for any purpose other than originally intended. In no event shall ECO Green Auto Parts be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages from the use of a product or improper installation. Original manufacturer’s maintenance schedules must be maintained by buyer with records available upon request of ECO Green Auto Parts. External parts, sensors, speed sensors, and electrical wiring are buyer’s responsibility to replace/maintain with certified installations. It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill differential, adjust shifter mechanisms, replace filters, replace seals, replace pan gaskets and reset or replace computer codes when installing a transmission.

ECO Green Auto Parts does not cover any part of the clutch system, it is always recommended to replace the clutch when installing a manual transmission. Any cables, mounts, or linkages are not covered under warranty. All Wheel Drive transmissions such as Audi, Subaru, Volvo ect. Include the internal differentials and transfer cases, the only exception is 4matic Mercedes Benz transmissions that have external transfer cases. 4×4 Truck and SUV transmissions do not include transfer cases. Transmissions will not be warranted if seals are not replaced at time of installation. This Warranty will be void if radiator is not cooling properly and thermostat is not replaced. AIRBAGS:

Airbags and all airbag components, SRS, seat belt pretensioners are sold “as is”.
ECO Green Auto Parts does not assume liability nor warrant the condition and/or functionality of air bags, airbag components, seat belts, or related parts sold. A qualified installer must install the SRS in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. Any SRS that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death. The purchaser of a SRS assumes all risks of damages or injuries, including death, which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a SRS. A SRS may contain Perchlorate Material and special handling may be required. For additional information refer to this website: www.dtsc.ca.gov/hazardouswaste/perchlorate. All non-deployed airbags and other SRS’s are sol on an “as is” basis and the user assumes al risks that may arise as a result of the use of this product.

 

REAR END:

Rear ends are guaranteed to work properly, gears are guaranteed to be in good condition, and bearings are guaranteed to not be noisy at time of purchase. There is no guarantee for labor to install or remove. Recharge will not include sales tax.

 

AIR FLOW/THROTTLE BODY:

Air flow sensors are covered by our warranty. Examples of non covered items: TPS sensors and IACV on throttle bodies are not covered.

 

GLASS:

Windshield and other glass breakage are not covered under this warranty.

 

ELECTRONIC PARTS:

All Electronic Parts are sold “AS IS”

 

TIRES:

ALL USED TIRES ARE SOLD “AS IS”. Used tires are sold “as is”. No warranty. ECO Green Auto Parts does not test or specify any safety standards. The purchaser of used tires from ECO Green Auto Parts agrees to accept all risks relating to the use of such used tires.

 

IMPROPER INSTALATION:

THERE IS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR USAGE AFTER TIME OF PURCHASE. ECO GREEN AUTO PARTS IS NOT LIABLE FOR, AND PURCHASER WAIVES ALL CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHICH RESULT FROM THE SALE OF THE ABOVE PARTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LABOR CHARGES TO INSTALL OR REMOVE THE PARTS, LOSS OF INCOME, WAGES OR SALARY OR CAR RENTAL CHARGES. BUYERS SOLE REMEDY AGAINST ECO GREEN AUTO PARTS SHALL BE A RETURN OF THE PRICE ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE OR AN EXCHANGE OF A REPLACEMENT PART IF TIMELY RETURNED TO ECO GREEN AUTO PARTS. THERE ARE NOT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. ANY OWNING EXPENSE INCURRED IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE CUSTOMER.

 

REFUNDS:​

We do not refund deposits, all sales are final. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by the original invoice.

 

EXCHANGE:

​Exchange parts must be turned in at time of purchase or a core charge will be assessed. The core charge will be refunded if the exchange parts are submitted to ECO Green Auto Parts within ten (10) days of purchase date. The refund of the core charge will not include sales tax.

 

INSPECTION:

Approval for repairs or replacements must be approved by ECO Green Auto Parts prior to any work being performed. We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to replacement All used parts or merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety hazards. ECO Green Auto Parts states that it in no way guarantees or warrants used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and affirmatively states that used parts or merchandise sold may have safety hazards, and it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect for actual or latent safety hazards or hire an expert to so inspect.

 

EXAMINE THE PART:

Buyer affirms that before he has entered into this agreement, ECO Green Auto Parts requested that he examine the parts or merchandise to ascertain whether there were defects therein; that ECO Green Auto Parts afforded to buyer an adequate opportunity to make such examination before he entered into this agreement and that he has examined the goods as fully as he desires for the purpose of determining whether there are defects.

 

RETURN:

​Parts may not be returned after Ten (10) days from the date of original invoice unless otherwise stated in writing at time of purchase. These parts are subject to acceptance by dismantler and are subject to 25% handling charge if accepted. Parts other than those originally sold or which have been altered or damaged are not acceptable for return. Body sections which have been cut off to order are not returnable. The parts must be in the same condition as when sold upon return. It is agreed that the sole determiner of condition for return is ECO Green Auto Parts. Buyer agrees to any inspection or method of inspection dictated by ECO Green Auto Parts and agrees ECO Green Auto Parts has the right not to accept returned used merchandise if in ECO Green Auto Parts’s discretion, he believes condition of used merchandise has changed form date of sales. ECO Green Auto Parts reserves the right to replace failed parts with equal to or greater than original mileage parts. A part returned undamaged within 15 days of the original purchase date may be credited at management’s discretion, but no credit will be given for any part returned more than 15 days after the original purchase date. Core charges are refundable if the appropriate core is returned within 15 days. No returns will be accepted after 15 days.

 

BOUNCED CHECK:

Buyer agrees to pay attorney’s fees, court costs, collection fees, investigation fees incurred in the collection of this account, plus $25.00 for returned checks.

 

WARRANTY FROM ANOTHER DEALER:

The warranty on any parts ordered for our customer from another dealer or source will be limited to 30 days. Please ask what your warranty will be on these parts. No refunds or returns on special order parts.

 

FREIGHT:

Return freight to factory is for buyers account for warranty analysis. Return freight of warranted units will be at standard delivery rates for sellers account.

 

LABOR:

NO LABOR GUARANTEES EVER.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Appropriate maintenance receipts required.

  • The year and model of the vehicle or part printed on this invoice is within a range of interchangeability and may not necessarily be the exact model and year as the part or vehicle that has been provided.

  • Refer to the vehicle manufacturer’s “Owner’s Manual” for correct operation and maintenance schedule.

  • ECO Green Auto Parts has the right to replace part in a reasonable amount of time.

  • ECO Green Auto Parts has the right to inspect all parts for replacement under warranty.

  • Warranty will be void if core is not returned to ECO Green Auto Parts within 15 days of purchase.

  • Warranty will be void if not installed by a qualified technician.

  • Warranty does not include rental car, loss of use, or towing.

  • ECO Green Auto Parts is not responsible for injury or damages during, or as a result of, the installation of our product.

  • While most fluids have been drained from our products, it is Buyer’s responsibility to completely drain and replace fluids, lubricants, antifreeze, and filters with replacements that are fresh, clean and approved by the vehicle manufacturer.

  • Tie rod ends, ball joints, wheel bearings, and bushings related to steering and suspension components are not covered by our warranty and should be inspected and replaced as needed by the installer.

 

LEGAL:

In the event of a legal dispute, the parties agree that venue shall be in Orange County, Florida, and each party to said dispute shall be responsible for their (its) own attorney fees and costs associated with said dispute.
